SAN JACINTO, CA, September 22, 2020 – The City of San Jacinto Planning Commission has given its approval for the construction of a new 66,000 square foot manufacturing plant for Class Leasing, LLC. The new facility represents a $10M investment into the City of San Jacinto and is anticipated to generate up to 150 new jobs for the community.

In early 2020, Class Leasing, LLC, purchased the 14.5-acre vacant parcel located on the easterly side of Juanita Street, approximately 600 feet south of Esplanade Avenue with the intent of relocating its existing operations from the City of Perris. The new facility includes a 60,000 square foot manufacturing building, 6,000 square foot office building, and a 266,000 square foot outdoor storage area.
