City Council – Regular Meeting

The regular meeting of the San Jacinto City Council will take place as usual on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at the Community Center located at 625 S. Pico Ave, San Jacinto, CA 92583. In order to comply with recommendations of the California Department of Public Health and the Riverside County Department of Public Health, the Community Center will be arranged so as to enable social distancing of six feet between all attendees. Attendance will be limited to only the number of people that would enable social distancing. If more persons attend the meeting than will fit in the room, accommodations will be made to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate and provide comments.

Pursuant to the Brown Act, public comment will be allowed in-person at the Community Center as usual. Comments will be restricted to 3 minutes per person and must relate to matters within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Comments on particular agenda items will be limited to the subject matter of the item. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order of March 12, the City Council and staff members may elect to participate telephonically.

  • Recording of Meeting. The meeting will be recorded and a copy of the recording will be available to the public upon request.
  • Alternative Arrangements.If you desire to participate in the meeting and require alternative arrangements for submitting comments, contact Angela Walton, City Clerk, at 951-487-7339 prior to 4:30 p.m. on March 17.

At this time, the above procedures will be in place for the regular meeting on March 17, 2020, only. Be advised that technical difficulties are a possibility. These procedures will only be in place for this particular meeting.
