City of San Jacinto Organizational Chart

The mission of Human Resources department is to attract, retain, and develop a highly-skilled and competent work force so that City departments can provide outstanding services to the citizens of San Jacinto.  The Human Resources (HR) Department facilitates recruitment, benefits, performance evaluations, employee relations, training and development services for the City departments and its employees.  It provides services related to employee relations, compensation, leave administration, and health and safety services to improve the quality of the working environment for City employees.

If you are looking for Health and Human Services, such as assistance for families, in-home services for senior citizens, emergency shelter, cash assistance, SNAP, and veteran's service, Riverside County has a comprehensive website:  Riverside County Health & Human Services.  The Volunteer Center of Riverside County is another source of caring, professional guidance, and advocacy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  For more information see the flyers in English or Spanish.  In addition, Riverside County has an Information & Assistance line that you can call at 1-800-510-2020.
