Sunny Haugen Park is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood at the corner of Peaceful and Dusk...quite appropriately named for this lovely area!

This 2.47 acre green space features a lush grassy area, just perfect for tossing a Frisbee or allowing little ones to burn off some of their endless energy!  The park is carefully fenced in and is just big enough to let them run free without getting out of your sight.  And speaking of sites, check out this mountain view!

Thoughtfully designed, this park actually has two different playgrounds each intended for a specific age group.  The toddler park was created for children between the ages of 2 through 5.  The equipment is specifically suited for their abilities and phase of development.  Both playgrounds are padded with thick layers of bark mulch for safe playing.

The second playground is for older, school-age children.  The climbing platforms lead to multi-levels of physical activity where they will increase their sense of balance and physical coordination.  There are cross bars from which to hang and swing, a firemen's pole, coil climbers, and swivel bars.

This area also has talk tubes where kids can share secret messages while pretending endlessly.
